Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Global Learning Advisor to lead the logistical planning, coordination, and communication of global learning activities. This role requires strong project management skills to ensure the effective deployment and evaluation of learning and development initiatives. The successful candidate will develop and maintain the Core Skills Catalogue, delivering learning solutions that support Hotelbeds’ behaviors and values. A key responsibility includes the coordination and tracking of FUNDAE credits to maximize their use across the organization. Additionally, the Global Learning Advisor will own the Uni Lobby presence and Talent Insights Newsletter, ensuring content is current and aligned with the Hotelbeds People Pledge. The role involves consulting with internal stakeholders to design and implement a range of digital learning solutions that demonstrate our commitment to employee development and career progression. Responsibilities: Lead the planning, coordination, and communication of global learning activities. Develop and maintain the Core Skills Catalogue to support organizational behaviors. Manage the administration and tracking of FUNDAE credits to ensure compliance and optimization. Own and update the Uni Lobby and Talent Insights Newsletter to reflect current priorities and initiatives. Consult with internal stakeholders to design digital learning solutions for all employees. Implement projects and initiatives that support career development and progression. Evaluate the effectiveness and adoption of learning solutions to ensure ROI. Shape communication strategies for theUni team to promote learning initiatives effectively. Skillset and Experience Required: Learning & Development Expertise: Proven experience in managing global learning programs and digital solutions. Project Management: Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to consult and collaborate across functions and geographies. Analytical Skills: Capable of evaluating learning effectiveness and ROI. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience in content creation for internal platforms. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with learning management systems and digital learning tools. Languages: Fluent in English; Spanish or other languages a plus.
