Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and commercially focused professional to lead the planning, contracting, and management of supplier relationships within a defined region. This role ensures the company secures the best commercial conditions and implements sourcing plans with key partners to deliver outstanding results. You will develop the regional contracting strategy in collaboration with the region leader, clearly define execution plans for the team, and negotiate strong agreements with key suppliers to maximize competitiveness and profitability. Responsibilities: Lead the planning, contracting, and management of supplier relationships to secure optimal commercial conditions. Develop regional contracting strategy with the region leader and translate it into clear execution plans for the team. Negotiate and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers in the region. Ensure sourcing plans are aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable results. Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with internal governance, audit, and contractual frameworks. Act as the main point of contact for commercial matters, including contract negotiations, amendments, and promotional activities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure suppliers meet health and safety requirements and deliver agreed SLAs. Identify new opportunities to expand product coverage and strengthen competitive positioning in the region. Skillset and Experience Required: Negotiation Expertise: Strong influencing and negotiation skills with proven ability to secure competitive agreements. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute regional contracting strategies. Industry Knowledge: Solid experience and commercial understanding of the travel and hospitality industries, key competitors, and related technology. Relationship Management: Proven ability to build strong internal and external relationships using an open and consultative approach. Communication Skills: Highly developed verbal, written, and presentation skills. Experience: 3+ years in contracting, negotiation, or supplier management roles. Previous experience in developing sourcing strategies and managing supplier portfolios. Travel industry experience highly beneficial. Languages: Excellent English (spoken and written); additional language skills that support negotiation are a plus.
