What we are recruiting for: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Services Transactions Analyst to support the day-to-day operations of our transactional finance processes. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of financial transactions across the business. You will be responsible for activities across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Expenses, Master Data Management, and Customer Services, contributing to the smooth running of financial operations and supporting internal controls and reporting requirements. The role will involve usage of Oracle Fusion and Microsoft Office applications Roles & responsibilities: Accounts Payable Process supplier invoices in a timely manner and line with company policies. Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and supplier queries. Support the execution of regular payment runs Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Accounts Receivable Monitor and allocate incoming payments accurately. Manage queries relating to customer invoicing and follow up on outstanding balances. Assist with credit control and reconciliation tasks. Expenses Review employee expense claims ensuring policy compliance. Provide guidance and support to employees on expense submission. Assist with audit and reporting requirements related to expenses. Master Data Management Maintain accurate vendor, customer, and financial master data records. Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems. Support internal and external audits with relevant documentation. Customer Services Act as a key contact for finance-related queries from internal and external stakeholders. Deliver high-quality customer service and timely resolution of issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and process efficiency. General Support & Compliance Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and audit requirements. Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation Experience & background: Experience in a transactional finance or shared services environment ideally covering AP, AR, and MDM Strong working knowledge of ERP system (Oracle). Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of financial compliance, controls, and reporting standards.
