We want to hear from you! *Please note a valid drivers license is required for this role with no more than 3 points* Job Title: Service & Solutions Technician Location: Hybrid – covering Worcester, Gloucester, Cheltenham & Hereford Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Hours: Monday–Friday, with occasional evening or weekend work At Kantar Media, we help shape how the world understands audiences. As a Service & Solutions Technician, you’ll support our panellists — the people behind our data — by installing and maintaining our metering technology, ensuring every detail runs smoothly. You’ll mix technical know-how with great customer service to deliver a seamless experience and keep our data accurate and reliable. What You’ll Do Guide panel members remotely through installing and maintaining metering equipment and software. Test and troubleshoot equipment to ensure high-quality performance. Deliver friendly, professional support that leaves every panellist feeling confident and valued. Follow up on technical or compliance issues and keep accurate activity records. Work with colleagues to manage equipment stock and support service improvements. Help ensure data accuracy and meet project targets and SLAs. What You’ll Bring Excellent communication and people skills. Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset. A team player who’s flexible and proactive. Comfortable learning new technology (TV tech experience is a plus). Organised, accurate, and detail-oriented. Self-motivated with a drive for continuous improvement. Why Kantar Media?
