Why This Role Matters: Playing a pivotal role in supporting the Chief Executive, you will manage the complex, coordinate the unexpected, and build relationships across every level of our organisation: from frontline teams to Trustee members. Your ability to prioritise effectively, communicate with clarity, and keep everything running seamlessly means our Chief Executive can focus on leading the organisation forward. What You'll be Doing: Managing the CEO's diary, prioritising appointments and ensuring time is used strategically. Acting as the primary point of contact, handling correspondence, calls, and emails with professionalism and discretion. Preparing agendas, taking accurate minutes, and following up on actions to keep initiatives moving forward. Producing high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence at short notice for the Chief Executive, Trustees, and Executive team. Organising travel, accommodation, and events, while maintaining confidential files and records. Providing comprehensive administrative support to Executive Assistants across all directorates, ensuring seamless coordination and assistance, as required. Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the CEO with care and professionalism. Identifying ways to streamline processes and improve efficiency across the Executive function. Exploring innovative digital tools and approaches that help us work more effectively. What You'll Bring: Experience as a PA or Executive Assistant, ideally supporting Board-level Executives or senior leadership. Strong minute-taking skills with excellent attention to detail. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, adapting your style for different audiences. A proactive, solutions-focused approach: you see what needs doing and get on with it. The ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure whilst staying calm and professional. High levels of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive matters. Excellent organisational and time management skills, responding quickly to unexpected challenges. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital platforms including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint. Qualifications at Level 3 or above (A-level or equivalent), or demonstrable equivalent experience.
