Job Summary: Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO Sam Eldridge & GM Kate Hardwick Company: UROK Management Key Responsibilities: Executive Support: • Manage and maintain the diaries and schedules of the CEO and GM, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and events. • Assist with personal administrative tasks for the CEO and GM. • Prepare and circulate agendas, take detailed notes, and follow up on actions for UROK meetings. • Handle confidential correspondence and documents with discretion and professionalism. Office & Administrative Support: • Organise and maintain both business and personal files, ensuring easy access and systematic filing. • Provide general administrative support for UROK Management, including document preparation, filing, and data entry. • Manage office systems and supplies, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. • Book travel, accommodation, and other arrangements for business trips, ensuring all logistics run seamlessly. • Assist with the planning and coordination of company-wide events, including the annual Christmas party. Additional Support: • Provide ad-hoc assistance on artist-related tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and initiative. • Support the team in special projects or urgent tasks, stepping in to help wherever needed. Key Qualities and Skills: • Highly organised with excellent time management skills, able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks for self and others. • Discreet and trustworthy, with the ability to handle highly confidential information. • Proactive, hardworking, and flexible, with a positive can-do attitude. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising with both internal and external stakeholders professionally. • Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in all tasks and documentation.
