As Activation Lead, you will own and lead the activation strategy for incentives programs tailored to either advertisers, agencies and/or partners in EMEA. You will be a thought leader that understands the nuances and requirements of these segments and help translate them into a cohesive incentives program go-to-market offering that is aligned with Meta priorities. You will influence sales and cross-functional leadership at the regional level to drive program engagement and adoption, while ensuring alignment with business priorities and market fit for offered benefits. Responsibilities Represent Monetization Incentives to the sales team, defining activation strategy for segments and aligning with key stakeholders Develops and executes market-level activation plans, driving engagement from awareness to conversion in collaboration with local stakeholders and cross-functional teams Drive incentive/market alignment by influencing program design and connecting it with global and regional priorities across the portfolio of programs by audience (Global Business Group, Mid Market, Small Business Group, Agencies and/or Partners) Develops engaging content, collateral materials, and leverages internal tools to drive internal and external communications. Identifies and nurtures a formal network of sponsors and champions and supports sales teams with training and resources Tracks and analyzes activation performance, provides insights for future strategies, and measures effectiveness via leading indicators Manages Sales inbound and program feedback back to the organization Minimum Qualifications 6+ years of experience in either sales, sales enablement, strategy or outsourced sales Operational leadership experience, particularly in bringing teams and functions together to drive programs to completion Experience working effectively within a changing environment and pivoting to areas of greatest opportunity under ambiguous situations Experience with cross functional coordination and relationship management across levels within a matrixed environment Experience working with a global team and an understanding of regional nuances Complex problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail Proven communicator with experience in facilitation across all levels, addressing both large and small audiences across multiple leadership levels and functions Preferred Qualifications Project management experience Experience in management and rollout sales activation programs and resources Experience working with agencies and partners
