Advising throughout the lifecycle of the deal, we work on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, where our people develop specialist sector understanding and build key skills in financial due diligence. We have an excellent reputation of bringing deep industry expertise and actionable insights through analysis and deals experience. About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for you to join as a Senior Associate, where you will be given the opportunity to get to grips with the processes of due diligence, including using the latest data tools available (e.g. Alteryx) to perform sophisticated financial analysis of business information, as well as applying wider deals execution know-how. You will grow your technical capabilities, data and Value Creation mindset whilst also developing skills in communicating due diligence findings, using our cloud based client reporting platform. You will enhance and develop in presenting to, and communicating with, peers and senior stakeholders. Skills and experience Must possess an ACA Qualification (or an international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience. This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country.
