Main Responsibilities Konecta is seeking a highly qualified hunter and strategic sales representative to join our Digital Business Unit. In this key role, you will play a key role in developing our digital business by leveraging our portfolio of offerings. You will Develop and manage a portfolio of key account clients in the Digital Services - French-speaking market: Apply effective discovery and value-selling techniques to build and strengthen C-level relationships for every account in your book. Identify business opportunities in consulting, IT services, and digital transformation. Develop prospecting and business development strategies. Develop and implement strategic sales and account plans to maximize expansion opportunities and ensure customer success. Understand customer business objectives and challenges, and position solutions to effectively meet their needs. Work with internal teams and partners to streamline sales processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Lead complex negotiations, conduct market research, and stay informed about industry trends to identify new opportunities. Provide sales performance updates to senior management and engage with clients through travel and participation in industry events. Monitor market trends and technological innovations to offer solutions tailored to your clients' needs. Your Background Education : business or engineer school (Bac + 5) You have significant experience in IT/Digital sales (at least 10 years in sales within an ESN), Experience prospecting and driving transformation deals in large global accounts Experience engaging and building C-level and other executive relationships Experience navigating complex deal processes with multiple stakeholders and complex needs Building and leading strategic account plans Experience leading or coordinating Account teams to drive successful customer outcomes Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets Excited to engage and influence your team, driving strength, passion, and excitement to your colleagues Fluent in French and English Cherchons à grandir et évoluer ensemble: Rejoignez-nous !
