Digital Transformation Project Manager | Fixed Term 12 Months | Full Time | Glossop | £50,000 - £55,000 We’re looking for a structured and delivery-focused Digital Transformation Project Manager to help shape and lead key digital change projects across the business. What We’re Looking for…Proven experience managing cross-functional projects with strong delivery outcomesUnderstanding of ERP, WMS, PIM or BI systemsStrong communicator with the ability to align teams and keep things movingConfident translating business needs into project requirements and plansCommercially aware, structured and focused on outcomesComfortable working with project tools such as Smartsheet, Jira or Power BIEven Better If You Bring…Experience managing large-scale system implementation projects (e.g. ERP or WMS)Knowledge of change management approaches and how to support adoptionFamiliarity with governance models such as PRINCE2, PMP or Agile frameworksStrong vendor and stakeholder management skillsA playbook mindset to be able to build structure others can followWhat You’ll Be Doing…Leading key transformation projects from scope to delivery across systems like ERP and WMSDefining project milestones, risks, dependencies and deliverablesSupporting change through training plans, communication and rolloutRunning sessions with teams to design and validate new processesManaging roadmaps, dashboards and reporting for active initiativesCoordinating vendors, ensuring quality and keeping delivery on trackStandardising tools, templates and documentation to support scaleTracking benefits post-go-live and feeding insights into future planningSalary: £50,000 – £55,000Contract: 12 Months Fixed Term, 37.5 hours per weekHybrid Working: While you’re finding your feet at Flair, you will spend most of your days in the office where we work the core hours of 09:30 – 15:30 Monday – Friday with flexible start/finish times according to your schedule and location needs. In the first 6-8 weeks you’d be required to work at least 4 days a week in the office/3 thereafter.
