Based in Glossop, the Business Analyst role supports how we bring products to life at Flair by making sure our systems work smarter behind the scenes. What We’re Looking for…Experience in a business analyst or systems-facing roleSkilled in requirements gathering, documentation and UATAble to work closely with stakeholders to clarify what’s neededComfortable supporting testing, go-live and adoptionClear communicator with strong organisation and follow-throughEven Better If You Bring…Experience on ERP or cross-functional system projectsFamiliarity with Agile delivery or hybrid methodsConfidence writing user stories and test scriptsUsed tools like Jira, Smartsheet or Power BIUnderstanding of retail, supply chain or commercial systemsWhat You’ll Be Doing…Defining and documenting clear, testable system requirementsSupporting teams to articulate what’s needed and whyWriting user stories, test scenarios and success criteriaHelping manage UAT, issue tracking and resolutionSupporting the rollout of new tools and ways of workingKeeping our project documentation structured and up to date Salary: £40,000 - £45,000Contract: 12 Months Fixed Term, 37.5 hours per weekHybrid Working: While you’re finding your feet at Flair, you will spend most of your days in the office where we work the core hours of 09:30 – 15:30 Monday – Friday with flexible start/finish times according to your schedule and location needs. In the first 6-8 weeks you’d be required to work at least 4 days a week in the office/3 thereafter.
