SMT is growing and we’re looking for a Development Manager to deliver exceptional new-build projects—starting with Westbury Fields, a vibrant development combining residential accommodation and commercial facilities with older people at the heart. As our Development Project Manager, you'll deliver major development projects from inception to completion, you will oversee projects up to £50m. A strong commercial awareness to identify value engineering opportunities and negotiate effectively with contractors and suppliers.
