Creative Solutions Director London, UK | Full Time Tasks and responsibilities Design and co-develop technical solutions with the Product team to build innovative tools and formats that enhance the creative offering. Lead the technical implementation of high-value creative projects for strategic clients, ensuring excellence and scalability. Proactively identify and resolve technical bottlenecks within the creative team's workflow, driving efficiency through automation. Generate clear technical documentation and knowledge resources about new creative solutions and products to facilitate internal adoption. Research and validate emerging new technologies to introduce cutting-edge creative methodologies and maintain innovation in the solutions portfolio. Lead and manage a team of creative technologists and developers, providing technical direction, performance oversight, and career mentorship. What’s in it for you? Qualifications Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in a technical creative role (e.g., Creative Technologist, Technical Director, or similar), with at least 5+ years in a leadership or management capacity. Strong understanding of front-end web technologies and their creative application. Demonstrable experience in designing, architecting, and deploying scalable digital creative solutions. A track record of successfully bringing high-complexity, client-facing technical creative projects from concept to launch. Proven ability to lead and mentor Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
