Job Description: As a Consumer Loan Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the consumer loan documentation process from application to closing. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to compliance and accuracy. What You’ll Do: Provide an exceptional experience to customers and team members, aligned with Fidelity Bank’s Core Values. Process consumer loan requests by gathering and analyzing information, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines. Prepare and review loan documents for closing and post-closing accuracy. Respond to customer and internal inquiries promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records, logs, and files while coordinating tasks across departments. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (HMDA, CRA, ECOA) and complete all compliance training. Engage in ongoing learning and career development opportunities.
