The role Sprays is the largest subcategory in Cleaners, and this is where we have the biggest opportunity to grow. We have recently created our new Sprays strategy and established portfolios along the principles of Good, Better & Best. The role will focus on leading the platforms of Good & Better Sprays and lead innovation projects and other workstreams for the same. This will include leading the brand’s Big Bet for 2027 across Europe and LATAM. Cleaners have been identified as a clear growth opportunity by the CEO, and Sprays are a significant part of our acceleration plan. In this, there will be regular collaboration with the GBVP and other senior leaders. Key responsibilities Lead the global development and execution of innovation mixes on Sprays Create Big Bets that are aligned with top countries (IT, UK, FR, TK, BZ, AG) to create great impact Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, CI, SC, Procurement, Finance) to seize opportunities, validate concepts, and align on sourcing and feasibility Partner with local market teams (e.g. Italy, UK) to lead workstreams in key competitive battles Support and partner Engagement Lead on communications on sprays Track performance, optimise execution, and evolve the platform based on market feedback and business results Key Skills & Behaviours Needed We are looking for a true innovator with the passion and drive to land key projects at speed, who can cut through ambiguity to bring to life mixes that our consumers will love. Location In June 2020 we announced our plan to consolidate a number of Unilever’s offices across the South East of England into a new Unilever campus in Kingston-upon-Thames in or around early 2025. However, on the 08 August 2024 we announced to our existing staff our proposal to retain our central Head Office in London, 100 Victoria Embankment (“100VE”) until our lease expires in 2027. As a result of this new proposal, we will be consulting with our existing staff, and new joiners who join during this period of consultation at 100VE, on the proposal made in August 2024. During consultation we will clarify the future location of each team and function. This means your role will either be based in 100VE until 2027 or in Kingston-Upon-Thames from early 2025. As we are yet to commence consultation on the proposal you agree, until such a time when consultation has concluded, your normal place of work as set out in the enclosed Statement of Terms & Conditions will be 100VE. You agree that on the conclusion of the consultation your place of work will be 100VE or 100VE until early 2025 and then Kingston-upon-Thames ("the locations") and you will be notified of which of the locations will be your place of work after that consultation ends.
