The Role… As a Coffee Shop Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring daily operations run smoothly. You’ll lead by example in service, support the team, and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Strong barista skills are preferred and a passion for hospitality is essential. Main Duties... * Oversee daily operations to ensure the highest standards of service * Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages with confidence and consistency * Lead, support, and inspire the team during busy service periods * Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace * Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with guests * Assist with stock management, rota, ordering, and opening/closing duties * Uphold health, safety, and food hygiene standards What We Are Looking For… * Previous experience as a barista * Supervisory or team-leading experience in a busy café environment * Positive, proactive, and hands-on approach to work * Strong communication skills and a supportive leadership style * Highly organised with excellent attention to detail * Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable customer experiences Benefits… Soho House offers competitive compensation packages that feature global benefits and perks.
