The BC Café Barista is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality coffee and beverage products, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the café, and ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming environment that reflects the hotel’s brand standards.

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to We Proudly Serve Starbucks recipes and quality standards.
• Handle cash and credit transactions following company cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked café area, including dining, condiment, and preparation      stations.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Support daily café operations, including opening and closing duties.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to guests when requested.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays
