We’re seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across the UK, expanding TASKI’s footprint, opening new markets, and ensuring customers experience the full value of our innovative solutions. You will lead strategic sales initiatives nationally, grow key accounts, identify cross-selling opportunities, and support teams to deliver on annual revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute national growth strategies for high-potential accounts. Identify and win new business within existing and adjacent markets. Build and strengthen relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders. Demonstrate TASKI solutions aligned to customer needs and sustainability goals. Maintain a robust pipeline and manage sales activities via Salesforce. Lead strategic account reviews and collaborate across Customer Leadership Teams (CLTs). Ensure excellence in service delivery, customer satisfaction, and measurable outcomes. Represent TASKI at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings. About you Proven B2B sales experience in facility management, cleaning solutions, or services. Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen. Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills. Proficiency with Salesforce and a data-driven approach to sales. A proven background in revenue growth and achievement of annual targets Developing new business pipelines and converting sales Customer-focused, empathetic, and results-oriented.
