The Business Change Analyst will provide a key supporting role to our Change Managers to successfully ready our staff across a suite of different change initiatives. Undertaking a number of responsibilities, the prime focus of the role will be to help ready our operational teams through effective engagement and timely communications across the full-reach of the transformation portfolio. Here’s how you will contribute… About the Role We are seeking a proactive Business Change Analyst to support the successful adoption of new ways of working delivered through a multi-year transformation programme. Sitting within the Change Team, you will work closely with Change Managers and the Senior Transformation Communications Lead to ensure change impacts are understood, adoption risks are identified, and clear, effective messages are drafted to support transformation activity. This role focuses on change analysis and adoption readiness, with responsibility for identifying where communications and engagement are required and drafting content that supports change outcomes. You will work closely with the Internal Communications team who will ensure alignment to the communication strategy and facilitate selecting the right communication channels. You will support a portfolio of complex, technology and process-enabled initiatives across the end-to-end operational business. You will also have opportunities to broaden your change management capability by supporting Change Managers on a variety of different deliverables. This role is ideal for someone with strong change skills who understands the role communications play in driving adoption. Key Responsibilities Work closely with Business Change Managers to assess change impacts, adoption risks and readiness across transformation initiatives Identify when communication and engagement activity is required to support successful change adoption Draft clear, concise and audience-appropriate change communications that align with agreed transformation messaging Support the development and maintenance of change and engagement plans, ensuring communications activity aligns to change milestones Collaborate with the Senior Transformation Communications Lead and Internal Communications team to ensure messaging is consistent and aligned Provide input into stakeholder management approaches, supporting Change Managers to engage effectively with impacted audiences Identify where additional change interventions may be required to strengthen understanding, acceptance and adoption Support the coordination of engagement activities such as briefings, workshops or drop-in sessions, working with Change Managers and Internal Communications as appropriate Supporting the creation and measurement of Key Performance Indicators to demonstrate the successful implementation and adoption of change Contribute to continuous improvement of change tools, templates and approaches across the change team What We’re Looking For Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels. Experience working on change management projects within a communications focussed role is highly desirable Ability to work within a fast-paced transformation programme Proactive in nature, identifying where focus is needed or intervention required Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working across a variety of technology and process enabled projects and distilling down complex terminology Working with a number of different communication tools including Sharepoint and Viva Engage Utility or workforce management experience is desirable but not critical Not sure you meet every requirement?
