Your Shift Pattern · Rolling 8-week rota: 4-on, 4-off · 2 Early Shifts: 7am–7pm · 2 Night Shifts: 7pm–7am · Average 42 hours per week We are currently looking for Bank Workers to pick up ad hoc shifts to cover annual leave and sickness. There may be opportunities in the future for a permanent position. This is a really good way of trying something new alongside other commitments that you may have, or just a way to pick up hours as and when suits you. What You’ll Do · Welcome and assist residents and guests with warmth and professionalism · Manage reception duties including calls, enquiries, and payments · Handle light maintenance tasks and liaise with contractors · Respond to emergency pendant calls and support residents · Keep the site running smoothly with waste and laundry management What We Offer · £12.87 per hour plus night and weekend enhancements · A supportive team environment · The chance to learn new skills and grow in a rewarding role Ready to start the New Year with a fresh challenge?
