AI and Automation Engineer WORKING RELATIONSHIPS The position reports to the Chief Technology Officer based in Switzerland. Other working relationships include all members of the IT team, all users’ worldwide and external suppliers. OVERALL PURPOSE The overall purpose of this position is to analyse business processes and apply AI and automation. PRINCIPAL ELEMENTS & ACCOUNTABILITIES Business Process mapping and implementation Introduction of AI based methodologies to automation QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Qualified ideally to Master’s degree English at business level Ability to learn quickly and a willingness to share knowledge with colleagues In depth knowledge of data and process flow technologies Proven relevant experience in planning, creating and implementing process and automation frameworks Willingness to learn new technologies Flexibility, well developed sense of organization and personal responsibility Adaptability to a constantly evolving environment Knowledge of the financial environment and its terminology is essential A knowledge of "Warehousing" and of applications .net or similar would be an advantage Proficiency in programming Function in a high-volume production service environment COMPETENCIES AND BEHAVIOURS Self-starter and ability to independently manage work Follows up and ensures things get done in time Appropriate communication to people at all levels, written, verbal and establishing and developing relationships Ability to present ideas in business-friendly language Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Practiced in project management and good leadership skills Understands and satisfies client needs at all time Takes prompt action and sees tasks through to completion Comfortable working in a collaborative team
