Polypipe Building Services houses well-known industry brand Terrain and has been delivering systems to commercial, high rise residential, healthcare, education and leisure projects for over 50 years. Role: Providing technical support services to the identified product areas within our business such as, Polypipe Terrain uPVC, Fuze (HDPE), Terrain Q, Effast, MecFlow. Key Responsibilities: Preparing full working designs, take offs and quotations Designing using AutoCAD, Inventor and Revit Software Outworking 2D & 3D drawings where required Supporting the external sale team and wider technical team Using the company’s bespoke programs to generate estimates and quotations Satisfactorily outworking technical queries for all identified product ranges Offering Technical phone support for drainage and water supply systems Skills and Requirements: AutoCAD, Inventor and Revit Skills Basic product knowledge Knowledge of engineering principles associated with commercial above ground drainage and water supply Ability to work with the construction supply chain Computer Literate – Windows and MS Office Skills Team player Communication skills within department and other departments (face to face and by phone) Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers Working Hours & Benefits: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Up to 8% matched pension Company Sick Pay Share save Scheme Life assurance Various health & wellbeing initiatives including complimentary occupational health on-site physiotherapy and counselling services Staff discount on all Genuit Group products Here at the Genuit Group we recognise and develop the contribution our people make to the Group’s success and are committed to attracting talent from the widest pool.
