As a Property Administrator based in Ripon you’ll be responsible for: Managing the financial administration of a high volume of properties across the business. You will be updating the system with property details Maintaining property databases, including inputting new leases into the system and updating landlord information Managing the ticketing system and dealing with a high volume of property and branch queries Filing invoices and reconciling landlord statements This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.30 – 5.00pm, working 2 days a week from home.
