As part of this commitment, we are looking to hire an enthusiastic and passionate candidate, eager to contribute to our continued success through the following employment opportunity: About the Role This position will primarily be to support four senior individuals within the EMEA Institutional services department: Managing Director, UK Office & Head of EMEA Distribution Head of EMEA Relationship Management & MENA Institutional Services Senior EMEA Client Relationship Manager Co-Head of Emerging Market Debt Within this group of individuals, the key focus area will be to support the client relationship management aspects of the business for the EMEA region. Job Responsibilities To provide high priority of administrative support in calendar management, coordination of meetings and travel arrangements for all team members. Provide administrative support as necessary, including composing and editing correspondence as directed. Providing executive clerical support as necessary, including filing, faxing, copying, data entry, etc. Scheduling and organizing meetings including internal and external participants. Responsible for the preparation and distribution of appropriate materials for those meetings. Coordinating new business and client roadshows across the EMEA region. Assist with maintenance of team’s management reporting and ensuring appropriate and timely communication of information to and from manager. Assemble potentially confidential information and prepare various reports using InSite (CRM system) Be proactive in understanding how various functions within the firm are connected and be able to help develop new and improved ways of managing information flow Qualifications & Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 4 or more years relevant work experience Investment-related firm experience strongly preferred Superior organizational skills and detail-oriented Exceptional communication skills, interpersonal and time management skills Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with ease Positive approach to assignments– i.e. no job is too big or too small Flexible, teamwork-oriented attitude Proficient computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint EEOC and Diversity Statement Loomis Sayles is deeply committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce in which talented individuals can realize their full potential and contribute to our growth and success.
