YOUR MISSION We are looking for a highly driven Account Executive in London to lead deskbird’s expansion in the US. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, and closing Mid-Market and Enterprise deals. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL * Build and manage a strong outbound sales pipeline through targeted prospecting. * Own the full sales cycle from identifying prospects to closing deals. * Develop a deep understanding of client needs and position deskbird as the ideal solution for hybrid work. * Drive deskbird’s growth in the US by identifying business opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers. * Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets through effective outbound strategies. * Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for both Mid-Market and Enterprise clients to maximize deal success. * You will play a key part in shaping our new office hub and building our presence in London. You should therefore be comfortable working from the office 2-3 times per week to drive the market growth and lead the UK expansion. WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL * At least 3+ years of experience as a B2B SaaS Account Executive with a strong outbound focus. * Proven track record in pipeline generation, lead development, and outbound deals. * Demonstrated success in selling to Mid-Market and Enterprise clients via outbound. * Passion for outbound sales and business development, with a high level of autonomy.
