Job title: A&R Data Manager, Warner Records Position Summary A&R is the creative department responsible for both finding and developing musical artists to sign as well as producing artists and driving creative content for all forms of media. You will lead our data led efforts to sign and develop the artists on our label as well as work closely with our marketing teams to help the artist define their sound and then bring that sound to the world. Responsibilities Keen ear for talent and trend awareness: Spot emerging artists and stay ahead of music styles and audience preferences. Organisational skills and adaptability: Manage online scouting, meetings, and reporting with precision, and respond quickly to changing priorities. Thick skin and patience: Handle rejection, long development cycles, and unpredictable schedules with resilience Comfortable using data to communicate opportunities. Key Requirements Ideal candidates should be interested in a broad range of music and culture and be keen to learn about the fundamental components of the business side of the industry. Have data storytelling skills – ability to analyse large amounts of information and communicate only the most important facts.
