Our busy Equine Veterinary Hospital is looking for dedicated Yard Staff to join our friendly, professional team. What does the role involve? *Provide daily care and handling for a variety of horses, including in-patients and surgical cases *Maintain clean, safe, and well-organised yards, stables, and equipment *Assist veterinary surgeons and nurses with horse handling and routine procedures *Monitor horse behaviour, comfort, feeding, and general wellbeing *Support the smooth running of the hospital through general yard duties Our ideal candidate *Confident, experienced horse handlers *Reliable, hardworking individuals with excellent attention to detail *Team players with strong communication skills *Someone calm, compassionate, and hard working *Previous yard or veterinary experience is essential About the rota 35 hours per week Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm with an hour for lunch and occasional weekend work required.
