Your role Alchemy’s Workday Integration Consultant will help ensure the successful implementation of Workday Student and Platform modules by contributing Workday product, integrations, and consulting expertise to a dynamic and cohesive implementation team. Your responsibilities Be proficient with integrations for the Workday’s Financials (FIN), Human Capital Management (HCM) and/or Workday Student products Perform the following as a member of the deployment team: accurately capture the customer’s business requirements, design and build Workday integration systems, demonstrate integrations through the deployment process, assist in testing integration solutions, and complete knowledge transfer to the customer Collaborate effectively and synergistically on team-based projects Help ensure the customer remains referenceable once in production Take advantage of training opportunities to expand your skillset Work directly with project manager(s) to provide status reports and keep them apprised of overall project status. Pay Transparency Statement As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Alchemy variable bonus plan based on role-specific commission/bonus. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Alchemy, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $70,000.00 - $117,500.00 USD.
