Cognizant’s Workday Organizational Change & Training (OC&T) team focuses on the people side of change – assessing the impacts of changing business processes and technologies in order to develop meaningful approaches to driving end-user understanding and adoption. We are currently hiring for a Workday Organizational Change and Training Consultant who will guide clients through the Financials-focused aspects of their Workday transformation, ensuring successful adoption and sustainable change. Responsibilities: Culture is at the forefront of all that we do – we want you to work hard, be flexible, reach out, and help out as it lends to and strengthens our collaborative nature Partner with customers in the planning, development, and execution of their organizational change & training workstream throughout the project lifecycle Develop and execute comprehensive change management, communications, and training plans and collateral tailored to client needs Assess change impacts and readiness, identifying key stakeholder groups and developing targeted strategies to drive adoption Organize, lead, and support delivery of customer-facing training, ensuring end-users are equipped and confident to adopt new processes Guide clients through the people side of transformation, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to the Workday Financials solution Create engaging training materials, job aids, and communications that resonate with diverse audiences Facilitate workshops and sessions with client stakeholders to understand organizational culture, pain points, and change resistance Leverage your expertise to recommend the best change and training approaches based on the client's culture, requirements, budget, and timeframe Track change management metrics, training completion rates, and adoption indicators; communicate status and escalate concerns as needed Regularly engage and support clients through all phases of the project, keeping the project team and Engagement Manager informed of progress Act as a mentor to fellow consultants and analysts, including providing support for shadow assignments Actively participate in update training and internal opportunities to share your skills and learnings with others within the organization Support ongoing practice development and internal initiatives when relevant or assigned Additional duties as assigned by manager Skills & Requirements: Bachelor's degree required or equivalent; Bachelor's/Master's degree or professional certification related to Financials Management, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communication Studies, Business Administration, or Management Information Systems a plus Experience with Workday Financials implementations or a Finance based ERP/SaaS transformation projects highly desired 2-5 years Financial software experience preferred, either configuring or as an Admin 2+ years experience developing and executing change management plans, communications strategies, and delivering training programs in a workplace setting highly desired Experience and/or knowledge of change management and training principles and methodologies (e.g., Prosci™, ACMP Standard, ATD Competency Model, etc.) Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into practical change and training solutions A passion for understanding and influencing how people react to organizational change Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences at all levels Strong facilitation skills and comfort leading workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings Proficient in standard business applications (Microsoft Office Suite, screen capture tools, learning management systems, etc.) Willingness to travel nationally and internationally based on business / client needs Willing to get Workday Financials certified Eligible for SC Clearance - you must have been a UK resident for the last five years and be legally entitled to work in the UK #LI-Remote Why choose Cognizant: Entrepreneurial environment that welcomes your ideas Opportunity to do great work Outreach programs that support communities and tap into your volunteer spirit Learning opportunities to help current needs and advancement Global operations, with opportunities in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific An abundance of Affinity groups to meet your needs Cognizant Core Values: Work as One: We think beyond roles, relying on each other’s strengths to win as a team.
