We offer opportunities to grow and increase your knowledge and skills, and an exciting career filled with competitive benefits and a pension package including generous time off. #joinourteam What you will do: Serve as the primary point of contact on the LP Field Work Management team, collaborating closely with Enterprise Asset Management and TIS for the building, testing, and deployment of Maximo system improvements. Coordinate and plan the timing of improvement implementations based on LP priorities. Develop larger scale Maximo system improvement projects, including business unit justification, funding, and resource plans. Direct the intake process for system improvements in Maximo for LP, covering development, coordination, prioritization, communication, and approval of change requests for system upgrades. Plan system testing activities and resource planning to support testing. Support LP-specific test scenario development for Maximo changes and participate in user acceptance testing. Lead the development of detailed business requirements for business unit-sponsored changes to Maximo. Collaborate with operational regions, corporate teams, and other business departments to align system modifications, share protocols, and set future strategies for system improvements. Who you are: Related university degree or technical diploma and 10-plus years’ relevant experience or 10 plus years of previous operations and/or project management experience Experience, knowledge and understanding of work management philosophies, processes, and technology platforms. Proven ability to collaborate and work with peers across organizational boundaries. Understands how data from Maximo relates to all teams across the business unit and at an enterprise level. Working knowledge of maintenance management systems (Maximo or other). Uses critical and strategic thinking to resolve analytical and technical conflicts. Knowledgeable in oil/gas pipeline operations. Outstanding organizational and communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate and present both technical and non-technical information to stakeholders at different levels in the organization. Ability to travel to Enbridge offices and field locations in both Canada and the United States. Previous project management experience is considered a strong asset. Working Conditions: Office Environment. Travel – Moderate travel to LP field locations, Business Unit offices, project meetings, and committee meetings.
