Sitting within the Pre Operations team, you’ll develop and implement work management strategies, processes and tools that will support the station through construction, commissioning and into operations. This is a unique opportunity to influence the future operational framework of one of the UK’s most significant low-carbon energy projects. What would be expected of you? Lead the development and implementation of Work Management processes and toolsDevelop the strategy for the Work Management Department through construction and commissioning phasesOversee creation of work management systems integrated into Asset SuiteCollaborate with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance and Commissioning teams to ensure seamless integrationMentor and guide a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvementDrive compliance with nuclear safety, regulatory standards and industry best practices Our ideal candidate will have… Minimum 8-10 years experience in this role or a similar role (essential)HNC or degree in a relevant science or engineering discipline (essential)Strong understanding of nuclear safety culture, regulatory compliance and quality assurance standardsExperience in planning, scheduling and executing complex work programmesFamiliarity with asset management tools (e.g., Asset Suite 9 is desirable but not essential), data reporting tools and Microsoft applicationsAbility to analyse data and drive decision makingProven leadership experience in high pressure environments (desirable) Why Join Us as a Work Management Manager?
