Wild EU GM Location: 100VE Work Level: 2C ABOUT THE ROLE Wild is a premium Personal Care brand, with a highly attractive brand proposition, a highly unique and desirable product offering, a thriving Direct To Consumer business, and is expanding rapidly into retail channels, both Dcom and ‘Bricks and Mortar’ The Wild Value Creation Manager is a critical role and will be one of the first Unilever employees working closely with the Wild organisation. This role will report to the Chief Value Creation Officer and support Wild to accelerate growth by collaborating with Unilever on commercial strategy, retail execution, supply chain and R&D. WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE • To drive the full P&L and e2e performance of Wild in EU (biggest markets being Germany, France, Netherlands) • To lead the brand execution across these regions, coordinating the social first operation with the retail (CD-led) operations • Pioneer the business operational model post-acquisition by Unilever to leverage the super-powers of Wild and the scale and expertise of Unilever. WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED Experiences & Qualifications • 7+ years experience within Unilever • CD, Marketing are relevant background. A strong operational and P&L grip is critical • Highly driven and self-starter. Seize opportunities and creatively work through challenges in entrepreneurial manner • Highly adaptable personal style and soft skills • Excited to join a start-up company and embrace a new culture Skills Personal Mastery: • Strong Leadership skills, able to lead through others in cross-functional context • Excellent influencing and communication skills – ability to drive performance through direct and non-direct reports • Knowledge of business fundamentals (CD, CSP, marketing, SC) • Ability to own and drive a P&L • Embrace of social first and DTC.
