Join our compassionate care team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you’ll provide direct nursing and personal care, supervise nursing assistants, and support daily living activities to promote the health, safety, and well-being of every individual in our community. This full-time salaried position requires weekend availability, with scheduled hours from 7:00 AM to 11:30 PM on both Saturday and Sunday (16 hours each day). The role offers Monday through Friday off.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor residents’ conditions and assess their needs to deliver optimal care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies
- Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Supervise and support nursing assistants in daily care routines

Qualifications
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or approved nursing program
- Current RN license to practice in New York State
- Eligibility to work in long-term care per NYS HCS guidelines
