As the first point of contact, you will need to work quickly and calmly, gathering essential details and logging information into a computer system. You’ll make critical decisions on how best to address each situation.QualificationsIdeally, we would like you to have experience in care, customer service, or a call center environment. However, this is not essential, as we provide full training. We’re more interested in your compassion and ability to care.
