Schreiber Logistics is part of Schreiber Foods, one of the largest food companies in the world with more than $7 billion in annual sales. Based in North America, we specialize in customer-brand dairy – including cream cheese, natural cheese, process cheese and yogurt. We’ve come a long way since our start as a small process cheese company founded in Green Bay, Wisconsin, in 1945. Today, our team is more than 10,000 strong at locations in North America, Europe, South America and Asia. Our vision is to be the best customer-brand food company in the world. To us, success means making sure the food we provide is always safe for people to enjoy everywhere. It also means doing business in a way that’s good for our people, our communities and our earth. In Schreiber’s 75+ years as an employee-owned company, we’ve built our supply chain into a massive, efficient network. We have more than a dozen manufacturing facilities and six DCs strategically located throughout the U.S. alone. We’re moving more than 2.3 billion pounds of cheese, yogurt and other food across the country to our customers. We call ourselves partners – not employees – and there’s a good reason behind that. Our work is more than just a job. Our common goals drive and energize us as we work together to be the best we can be. Caring is a huge part of who we are. We not only help each other grow; we take care of each other along the way. Whenever a partner is experiencing a hardship, it’s common for others to take the initiative to organize fundraisers to help support them through our Partners Helping Partners program. We also care about our communities and want to help make them better places to live every day. Who are we looking for? Our people are truly the heart of our company, and we’re on a journey together. It’s about more than a job. We work hard to find great people with diverse backgrounds, experiences and perspectives, and provide opportunities to help them grow. Like a family, we care deeply about each other To view all openings at Schreiber Foods, please click here
