Location: London, UK Why this role is remarkable: Lead the strategic research engine for a well-funded investment firm, directly shaping investment theses and portfolio company growth Work with a diverse portfolio of high-growth companies, backed by top-tier VCs, driving significant value creation initiatives Opportunity to build and scale a proprietary research and insights platform, establishing new frameworks and potentially a dedicated team What you will do: Create and manage a repeatable research engine, productizing commercial diligence into reusable modules and deep-dive projects Drive strategic and tactical value-creation projects for portfolio companies, influencing major business decisions and accelerating growth Oversee and automate the quarterly portfolio review process, translating monitoring insights into actionable intelligence The ideal candidate: 5-8 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting (PE practice) or a value creation/operating role at a PE/VC firm Proven ability to independently lead strategy and research projects from scoping to delivery with C-level stakeholders Demonstrated strength in conducting commercial deep-dives and synthesizing findings into clear, actionable recommendations How to Apply: Step 1.
