We are seeking fluent English (South Africa) speakers to join a large-scale voice annotation project on a freelance / gig basis.
No technical background is required, this is a great opportunity to earn additional income while working from home.
In this role, you will listen to audio recordings and segment Voice Assistant–user interactions according to clear, client-provided guidelines. Tasks include identifying the beginning and end of each interaction, labeling speaker turns, and accurately transcribing user speech in English (South Africa). You will follow detailed instructions, perform self-checks to ensure accuracy, and participate in quality review sessions when required. The work is repetitive but straightforward and quality-focused.
This is a fully remote, project-based opportunity with a minimum commitment of 4–5 hours per day (full-time availability preferred).
Work must be completed manually through active listening. The use of AI tools, automation, or speech recognition software is strictly prohibited.
