Growe welcomes those who are excited to: Develop and manage VIP activations such as events and gifting campaigns; Build creative briefs and ensure that each activity reflects the VIP brand positioning and strategy; Prepare quarterly brand activation calendars; Coordinate external agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders; Ensure timely delivery of all elements according to the brief and budget; Prepare and manage project budgets; track expenses vs plan; Collect reports, photos, and video materials after each activation; Ensure all activities meet brand guidelines, tone, and style; Supervise design, gifting, and merchandise outputs. We need your professional experience: 2–3 years of experience in brand marketing, events, or activations (experience with premium or VIP audiences is a strong plus); Proven track record of managing end-to-end campaigns and collaborating with multiple stakeholders; Experience with creative briefing, vendor coordination, and reporting; Proficiency in Google Workspace, Jira, PowerPoint, Excel/Sheets; Strong understanding of event production and gifting workflows; Solid budget management and reporting skills; Upper-intermediate in English (written and spoken).
