Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and strategic product leader at the Vice President level to drive the development of our customer reporting strategy and platforms within Transaction Banking. This role will be central in shaping the future state of information reporting for our large corporate and commercial clients across geographies. The successful candidate will define the target state architecture for reporting, oversee the build of reporting infrastructure, and ensure seamless delivery across all client channels. You will also manage cross-business integration and lead delivery of tailored reporting solutions for VIP clients. This role reports to the Managing Director. Key Responsibilities Target State Architecture: Partner across the Transaction Banking businesses to define the future state architecture for delivering customer information reporting, ensuring alignment with client needs and strategic priorities. Roadmap & Infrastructure Build: Define and deliver the roadmap for the reporting infrastructure, including associated capabilities to be launched across all channels (digital, API, file, and relationship-managed). Channel Integration: Lead integration of client reporting across multiple businesses and platforms, ensuring consistency, scalability, and an optimal client experience. VIP Client Solutions: Own and deliver customized reporting solutions for high-value clients, ensuring that offerings are differentiated, secure, and impactful. Cross-Business Collaboration: Partner with technology, operations, and client-facing teams to ensure reporting capabilities meet both business requirements and regulatory standards. Innovation & Scalability: Drive innovation in client reporting, embedding advanced capabilities such as self-service, real-time reporting, and data visualization to support clients globally. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the point of contact for senior stakeholders, managing governance, alignment, and communication across internal teams. Qualifications & Experience 8+ years of experience in product management, digital platforms, reporting, or transaction banking. Strong understanding of information reporting, cash management, and digital channel integration. Proven track record of defining and executing product or platform roadmaps in complex, global organizations. Experience partnering with technology and operations to deliver scalable, client-centric solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders across businesses and geographies. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to deliver high-impact client solutions.
