About the Role We are seeking a dedicated small animal veterinary surgeon to join our team. In this role you will manage routine consultations, diagnostics, and soft‑tissue procedures, as well as provide compassionate care and clear communication to clients. You’ll work alongside experienced veterinary nurses and support staff, with opportunity for mentorship, professional growth and continuing education. About You Qualified small animal veterinarian (RCVS‑registered or eligible) Comfortable with routine consultations, diagnostics and basic soft‑tissue surgery Client‑focused and compassionate, with good interpersonal and communication skills A team player who enjoys a collaborative working environment Motivated to learn, grow professionally, and deliver high‑quality care Salary & Benefits Salary up to £65,000 per annum (depending on experience and responsibilities) CPD support and funding for certificate courses 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Private medical insurance with Vitality Supportive team environment, with opportunities for skill development, mentorship and collaboration
