Here at Ark Veterinary Centre, we are looking for a dedicated and approachable Veterinary Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis. Your duties: *Liaising with the clients and the clinical staff to provide a high level of customer care. *Meeting and greeting clients and pets. *Booking appointments and diary management. *Managing telephone and email enquiries. *Taking payment for services and products. *Managing cash and end-of-day banking. Your shift pattern The hours are Mondays 1pm - 6.30pm, Tuesdays 12.30pm to 6.30pm, Wednesdays 1pm to 6.30pm, Fridays 12.30pm to 6.30pm and 1 Saturday morning in 4 8.30am to 12.30pm. Which averages out to 24.5 hours a week.
