We are looking for a brilliant, enthusiastic and dedicated Receptionist to join our front of house team. This role is fast-paced within a friendly team with no two working days the same, so we are looking for a calm and committed person who enjoys a challenge and works well under pressure. We have a central hospital in St Columb Major, surrounded by satellite surgeries in St Austell, Newquay, Pool, Bodmin and Padstow. We believe the front of house team plays a key role in our clients and patients' experience, the friendly and caring voice on the phone and the warm welcome when our clients arrive. We are a busy group of practices, so we are looking for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment whilst keeping patient care as their main priority. The perfect fit Our ideal person will have: * Good communication skills, both verbal and written * Be kind and approachable * Love Animals (of course) * Background in the Veterinary/Animal Care sector preferred but not essential Your shift pattern This is a part-time role working 21 hours per week, covering 2 full days (10 hr/day), with a share in the weekend rota 1:4 Saturday Shift.
