The Role We're looking for a Vehicle Buying Specialist who’s equal parts people-person and vehicle valuation expert. You’ll be responsible for appraising vehicles, building strong customer relationships, and making fair, data-driven offers. Think of yourself as the bridge between a seller’s expectations and the realities of the market. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-person and remote vehicle appraisals with accuracy and professionalism Use appraisal tools and market data to determine fair vehicle values Communicate clearly and confidently with customers about pricing and process Negotiate and close vehicle purchases What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in vehicle buying, appraisals, or automotive sales Strong interpersonal skills. You can build trust and manage expectations A good understanding of vehicle condition assessment and market pricing tools Comfortable working independently and making confident decisions Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record Why Join MICO?
