UK Region Finance Business Partner Location: Barlow Place, UK, with occasional travel to other Local, Regional & Global Offices Reports to: Head of Financial Control Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract, Full-Time Your role at Chanel: Your role will be to provide analysis and insights into the UK region to support strategic decision making, support the preparation of key presentations. Within your role you will have responsibility of the UK Region G&A Corporate part (HR, Finance, IT costs, Legal, etc.), with managing one person in charge the G&A corporate monthly reporting and forecasting. Within Finance you will promote continuous improvements through system implementation stabilisation, streamlining reporting and constantly improving processes within your area. What impact you can create at Chanel: Responsible for the preparation and review on the monthly management accounts and forecasts for UK Export P&L’s and Non-Chanel Entities. Monthly forecasting of UK Region consolidation and submissions to global corporate teams; liaise with divisional finance teams to understand and challenge forecasts in addition to consolidating numbers. Responsible for the preparation of UK Region presentation decks, such as monthly business update and budget review meeting. Responsible for the communication within the UK Region markets to ensure all activities are coordinated to meet requirements and deadlines. Monthly Sales submission to Global Corporate team. Transfer Pricing reviews, analysis, and new price implementations as needed. Work closely with the systems lead on regional projects including regional consolidation tool. Work closely with the systems, business finance, and financial accounts teams to improve processes and reporting as well as find efficiencies within the business. Responsible for the overall UK Region G&A corporate for monthly reporting and forecasting, including additional reporting and processes related to this part of the business. What you will bring to the role: Completed financial qualification (ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent with 5+ years of working experience Team player with positive, growth mindset Flexible with good time management and professional confident demeanour when communicating with business teams Ability to trouble shoot, use own initiative and work autonomously when needed Strong excel skills with an understanding of financial systems (D365, BI, CRAFT experience a plus) You are energised by: Working collaboratively within a team to solve finance problems and drive process improvements.
