Location: Anderson Moores Veterinary Specialists, Winchester Job Type: Permanent, Part Time (26 hours/week) Salary: From £21,750 per annum (26 hours/week, incl. enhanced weekend rate, DOE) – Full-Time Equivalent: £30,500 per annum Plus £1,000 on start date + £1,000 after probation About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity for an RVN who enjoys delivering gold-standard patient care during quieter evening hours. Working 4pm–10:30pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, you’ll be a key part of our wards team, ensuring our patients receive the very best care as they rest and recover. You’ll nurse a wide range of medical and surgical cases no two shifts are ever the same. You’ll use and grow your skills in: Pain management and recovery support Catheter and drain care Nutrition plans and specialised diets Wound management Medication administration Physiotherapy and mental stimulation Theatre and anaesthesia (via our procedure shift rotation) You’ll work closely with clinicians, anaesthetists, day nurses, night teams and our fantastic PCAs, with full support throughout every shift. A 1:4 Saturday twilight shift (4pm–midnight) and participation in the Bank Holiday rota is included.
