What you'll be doing: Managing and monitoring the CWA's four bank accounts, handling bank transactions and internet banking administrationPreparing and posting manual payments, bank reconciliations, and cash reports, ensuring accurate and timely reporting each week and monthDeveloping weekly short-term and monthly long-term cash flow forecasts to help steer the project's financial stabilityOverseeing the monthly closure operations, from accruals to balance sheet revaluations, and preparing reporting files for project partnersHandling client and supplier operations, including posting invoices and maintaining up-to-date records in SAPSupporting ongoing improvement of accounting procedures and setting up new third parties in SAP What we're looking for: Proven skills in Excel (essential), with experience in SAP and at least 2 years within construction finance considered desirableStrong attention to detail, and the ability to implement effective financial controls and risk mitigation measuresA collaborative approach and the confidence to act as a key liaison with banking partners For this role you must have evidence of right to work in the UK.
