Enter and manage invoices, budget requests, purchase orders, and P-Card transactions, ensuring accurate records and timely processing Create, assign, and track tasks and work orders in Cartegraph; generate monthly reports and maintain inventories Coordinate employee training and certifications, track license expirations, and ensure compliance with required courses Manage uniforms, safety apparel, and equipment, including streetlights, fire extinguisher inspections, and departmental assets Monitor vendor activity, shipments, and departmental programs; maintain and update spreadsheets, reports, and internal communications Assist with facilities requests and ensure smooth departmental operations. Provide general office support, including scanning, filing, data entry, mail distribution, and event coordination Enters labor, materials and equipment used on work orders in work management system once work is completed Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. About You Minimum Qualifications: Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in Public Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field AND three (3) years of job-related experience -OR- Bachelor's degree in an accredited college or university in Public Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field AND one year of job-related experience -OR- Five (5) years of professional-related experience can be substituted for the degree at management's discretion A valid Florida Driver's License at the time of hire Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) Expereince working with; Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Physical Demands: May occasionally lift and/or move more than 25 pounds Subject to Passing Substance Screening: This position is subject to passing a pre-employment substance screening.
