Training & Engagement Manager THE GOAL This job is all about improving the quality of operation in the business and ensuring statutory compliance with core Training modules. Leads on engagement initiatives such as our annual Team and Partner surveys and coordinates communication and action planning process. Supports engagement initiatives as directed by CHRO. ACCOUNTABLE FOR: eLearning compliance and owner of our eLearning platform Partner and Standards training Annual surveys for employees and partners Ad hoc projects to support CHRO and Head of Group Learning WORKING RELATIONSHIPS Department – People & Culture Reporting to – Head of Group Learning Direct reports – None Working with (external and internal relationships) – PAC team, Cross country leaders and teams, local leaders, local teams and Franchise Partners WHAT THEY DO Elearning Owner of platform, contract, any issues with platform Point of contact for provider Creates and designs training content in platform for KellyDelian’s and Partners Trains local teams on platform and how to use it Inducts new starters on platform Owner of elearning reporting Responsible for compliance content and reporting for KellyDelian’s and Partners Drives completion rates on compliance modules Presents timely updates on elearning compliance metrics Franchisee (Partner) Induction Project lead and owner of Group Partner induction and ensuring correct standards are met in terms of time in training. Work with local teams and experts on anything Partner induction related. Utilise pre-translation tools when required when providing content to local markets Continue to track and measure impact of induction Report and communicate progress of programme with Ops leadership group Move all content of partner induction onto the Mapal LMS tool Training initiatives Supports on training initiatives Standards Create a proposal around how we can further drive corporate teams to be knowledgeable on standards. Franchisee (Partner) Survey Owner of culture amp platform Owner of partner survey process – creation, communication, action planning and follow up. Partner Council Lead on organising 2 x virtual Partner Councils annually evolving sessions based on feedback. Post session follow up. Other Support bespoke training requests from local or cross-country leaders and delivering ad hoc training Design and create training programmes/ initiatives based on company objectives Creating content on elearning where relevant Creating any necessary required reports Creates skeleton campaign training module on elearning Training session coordination support for Head of Group Learning Provides monthly training metrics for OLG and PAC team Organises MHFA training and refreshers Skills & Experience Essential Experience: Experience designing and delivering training programmes for franchise or multi-site environments, ideally at scale and across multiple markets. Proven ability to work cross-functionally in creating training materials that fit the organisational needs. Strong experience in stakeholder management. Desirable Experience: Background in food, retail or hospitality, ideally within a franchise model. Strong facilitation, communication and influencing skills, able to engage diverse audiences globally. Highly organised and adaptable, able to manage multiple programmes and stakeholders simultaneously. Able to produce clear, focused reports using defined metrics and performance data.
