Whether you’re in the classroom, the simulator, or supporting behind the scenes, you will be part of a team driving change across every aspect of our academy.At the core of Skyborne is a culture shaped by our values and pillars: we champion creativity in everything we do, foster a supportive, team-focused environment and set the bar high for quality and professionalism.Our partnerships with major global airlines include British Airways, Jet2, Ryanair, DHL, TUI, Loganair amongst others.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced, driven administrator to join our growing team. As the Training Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring all records for Students and Instructors are kept up to date and assist in ensuring applications for licences are submitted accurately, along with any other related administration.Key Responsibilities:Keeping all Student and Instructor records up to date on our internal systemsMonitor student flight hours with syllabus hours and track additional training hoursLiaise with the Finance Department for invoicing Support the management team with requestsCoordinate performance reviewsAttend and take minutes for the various programme meetingsProduce reports for use by other departmentsQualificationsPrevious experience in data entry and data base managementPrevious experience in the aviation industry will be advantageous but not essentialExcellent organisational skills and thrive in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work well in a highly structured environmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamEffective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal and be able to deal effectively with internal and external contactsHold a UK Driving LicenceAdditional InformationMonday - Friday (40 hours) on-site.Occasional business travel may be required. Benefits:25 days paid annual leave + 8 bank holidays (FTE)Pension scheme with enhanced employer contributionsPrivate health careEnhanced Sick PayLife assurance schemeDiscounts with corporate partnersFree on-site parking Access to state-of-the-art training facilities and resourcesOpportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team
