A l’aide d’une machine-outil tour vertical à commande numérique, le/la tourneur(se) vertical effectue des opérations d’usinage sur des pièces à grande dimension dans le respect des objectifs fixés (Sécurité, Qualité coûts et délais) Activités Significatives: Implantation de la pièce sur la machine Effectuer les réglages et lignages Charger les programmes CN et les vérifier Effectuer les opérations d’usinage Réagir et anticiper aux dysfonctionnements, risques et NCR (non conformités) tournage parallèle Compétences requises: Calcul trigonométrique simple Tournage parallèle Connaissance usinage sur des machines de grandes dimensions Connaissance outils et paramètres de coupe Connaissance CN (NUM1060 et SIEMENS 840 D) Lecture de plans Base programmation ISO Utilisation d'ordinateur avec les logiciels spécifiques Utilisation outillage de contrôle dimensionnel classique et machines à mesurer tridimensionnelles Qualifications Requises Bac pro mécanique ou usinage 5 ans minimum d’expériences professionnelles dans la fonction Pont commande au sol, conduite chariot élévateur serait un plus Aptitudes Rigueur et adaptabilité (moyens et produits non standards).
